Where can Virtin be used?

Virtin is a 100% cloud-based solution that can be deployed within minutes without complicated configurations.

Events of any size where multilingualism is required can therefore be made ready for any number of languages and up to several thousand participants onsite or online with just a few clicks.

At onsite events, participants receive a QR code from the conference organizer that gives them access to the various interpreted languages and information about the ongoing conference. They use their own mobile devices and their own headphones for this.

If an event is to be held online only, it’s set up in the Virtin environment at the click of a mouse and speakers receive a one-time code to log in to the event. Other participants who only passively attend the event (audience) log in via a QR code or link.

For hybrid events, i.e., onsite conferences that are also broadcast online, the same applies in principle: all participants (speakers and audience) are connected in a flash via QR code. The speakers and listeners connected online can also follow the video transmission of the respective speaker or the room or a presentation.

We believe in decentralized systems managed by smaller units. That’s why Virtin was designed as a multi-tenant solution. Organizers of large conferences can use Virtin flexibly with their own logo and self-managed configurations. For example, they can also hold several conferences at the same time or set up numerous different working sessions with interpreter services in a large conference. 

Smaller interpreting agencies, on the other hand, use Virtin to handle smaller ad-hoc meetings at short notice. This also gives them the opportunity to offer their end customers a complete service, which includes not only the interpreting services but also complete processing using the Virtin remote interpreting system. Here, too, it’s possible to brand the system as your own and thus present an even more professional image to the end customers. 

Virtin focuses on optimally managing the multilingualism of an event. On request, we offer additional services such as provision of interpreters, audio recording of original presentations and foreign language versions, transcription, onsite audio technology, etc. We provide all these additional services in cooperation with our trusted partners – interpreters, audio technicians, professional conferencing services, etc.
